- Reminder that I must display a positive attitude in front of patients & staff even if I am stressed
- Always remember customer SERVICE
- Remember to take a step back to see how things look from there
- To think about what I say before I open my mouth
- I will remember to smile!
- A better understanding of my coworkers and myself
- Be upbeat even when I don't feel that way
- I will remember that a bad day is unacceptable
- To treat everyone with respect
- Keep the team in mind (co-workers, patients, doctors) in all that I do
- I will be a better employee
- I will be a better person overall
- I was not wanting to attend this mandatory Friday meeting but now I DON'T WANT IT TO BE OVER!
