What a beautiful day in Chicago. After delaying the flight due to high winds and storms, the "ride" in yesterday could compare with my favorite roller coaster ride at Carowinds.....however it just happened to be "in the sky." The pilot was TERRIFIC! In fact, he received a round of applause from his passengers for the safe landing.

This is my second invitation to speak for The Joint Commission. I am so honored. What a wonderful group filled with happy people and contagious smiles, a joy to be around. Thank you again for the opportunity to spend time with you.

What a great conference.....topped with nice white icing (aka snow). The Regional American Medical Association Alliance Conference was sponsored by the North Carolina Medical Society Alliance in Raleigh. I am thankful for the opportunity to have met so many nice people with such positive energy.

My presentation "Effective Communication Strategies" reminded us of the characters and their characteristics of those around us and how to better communicate with them.

"Gladys Friday" of course took us on a "Health, Hope & Humor" adventure as she addressed things about aging, marriage, health tips and more.
